The Power "button" on my new HP ENVY CPU is flush with the front panel and hard to activate.

I bought a new HP ENVY TE01-0150xt Computer online. The power button on the front of the control panel on the CPU is almost flush with the panel and almost impossible to activate and deactivate. Is this normal or is there a problem with it? The button on my last computer had a similar problem but at least you knew whether or not it did something. It is still under warranty.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
