I have a problem when I want to open the computer. The name of my device is HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Tower. The important thing is when I open it, nothing appears on the screen. It does not even take off. The fans only work, and when there is a little time left, the fans rotate at their full speed and make a strong sound as if they are going to explode. I noticed one thing and it was this that In the picture, it is only the one that heats up. Does anyone know the problem, please, because the computer is new, I bought it only two weeks ago

Troubleshooting for EliteDesk 800 G1 is here
The symptom you describe is usually, but not always, a failed motherboard.
Did it work when you first set it up?
If it worked then was some device or software added?
Power glitch?
If DOA or otherwise check warranty
Are there any flashing led lights or beep sound? If motherboard is partially working it will display failure codes using lights or built in speaker (if any)

Thank you for your response. Regarding what you said about a beep or flashing, there is nothing from the last time I used it. It turned off in the middle of the work and came back on again. It does not work until now, only the fans and the temperature rise. The ones in the picture only
