Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening,

for weeks I have been experiencing an annoying problem in my desktop pc:

the fans and the LED (of the power button) remain in operation even after the system has been shut down;

the problem arose following the replacement of the HD with a Kingston SD and the consequent clean installation of w10.

What I tried to do was check the power and energy saving settings, disable fast startup, disable hibernation state ....

I read on the web that a solution could be to replace the MEI version with an older one but on the Intel official website I only found version 11 and 12.

If you could help me I would be very grateful !!
