The mouse and keyboard that came with my 32" HP Monitor are not working very well. The mouse needs to constantly be moved from one type of surface to work and then works for a miinute or 2 then needs to be moved to a diffeerent surfaace to work properly but even then is inconsistent. As you can see in my typed words where it is very sensitive and types more than 1 letter at a time and then needs to bbe movewd again. The keyboards

What type of surface do you use a mouse pad each time?

what are you moving here?

If the batteries are original, try replacing them to see
