The only solution was to buy an intel motherboard and an intel processor. Problem solved.

Hi @Luis_Alejandro

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you are not able to install Operating System on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

May I know from where did you purchase your GA-A320M-S2H v2.0?

Also, may I know how are you trying to install the Operating System?

Try creating the Operating System media in a USB and let me know if you are able to install it. Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04641788

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello, thank you very much for answering and for your interest in helping.

The computer has been unusable for more than a month because the system cannot be installed. Since we couldn't get the original motherboard that comes with the HP Pavilion Gaming 690-002la, we decided to buy a new chassis, buy a different motherboard, buy ram memory, and we bought a new source, a new ssd. And still the problem persists. Tried to install the system via USB windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11 and Linux with none working.

We have lowered the frequency of the RAM and it does not work. We have tried many things. Everything indicates that the problem is the AMD Ryezen 5 2400g processor. But we did not find a precise solution that helps with the problem, since the solutions that are achieved is being able to enter the system. But here is the problem, if the system cannot be installed, how is it going to be solved? That error is a dilemma.

That with intel processors has never happened to me. It's frustrating not to find a solution.

AMD Ryzen motherboards while better than earlier ones are still sensitive to what ram is installed, and can give random errors sometimes when using ram that has not been approved by gigabyte for a board model

is the ram you bought on the gigabyte "QVL"  list? QVL means tested by gigabyte for that model motherboard

please look at the attached pdf

you can also check/buy QVL ram direct from crucial

It has already been tested with two types of meria apart from the one that was bought. But nothing. Thanks for the interest in helping. thank you

installing two non QVL ram modules is not going to suddenly make them into a working "QVL" module i recommend you buy two small capacity  "QVL" ram modules of 4GB if possible or one 8GB and test

It was tested with a model that is on the compatibility list for that motherboard and processor. The solution is not that. Anyway thanks, quite difficult to solve the problem ☹️.

i would test the install image on another system if possible (attach the new ssd to a different system as a boot device)

has the power supply been replaced? if not do so as a system that has had a power surge from lighting is most likely bad also if the motherboard was damaged

if it installs ok look on ebay for a cheap cpu speed does not matter you only want to test the cpu/motherboard

if sec cpu has issues then replace motherboard (again)
