Hp 22es monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My was bought last 2 years. I dont have this problem until yesterday the buttons in my hp monitor seemed it was being pressed even though I leave it be. The monitor always show the "quick view" thingy and the monitor turns black and the monitor does this for a period of time amd it frustrates me. I already cleaned my graphics card thinking that this is the source, but then after turning it on the peoblem is still there. I moved on to cleaning every cord and even the ports for the VGA in the cpu I also cleaned em. Still the problem is not yet gone. I also tried cleaning the buttons and spraying then with air, but I fail to solve the issue. I hope you could help me by giving a better way how to solve this especially I think this is not a virus since I haven't been downloading anything.

TIA

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Are you using this Monitor with an HP computer? Have you tried this Monitor with any other computer?

If it's an HP Computer I suggest you run an Extensive System Test and let me know if you experience the same issue during the Test

- Shut down the PC completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Keep me posted
