I have a new HP EliteDesk 800 G9 35W Mini PC with an Intel i5-10500 processor.  I tried to install a Thunderbolt3 Flex IO unit but I get the message: “TbtNumDrvHrCtor: PCI device not found status= not found Failed to create a device context for the host”. I had already installed the Thunderbolt3 driver but the message comes up and the system will not boot.  I cannot even get into the Start Menu.  Can anyone assist me?

I solved this issue having seen a previous message from someone with a similar device.  I pressed the power button for over 15 seconds. The PC is booting fine now.
