Hi @Raffcons
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Yor question is a tough one to answer.
You might be able to do some hardware upgrades (more RAM or a SATA SSD or an NVME SSD (if possible) to improve the PC's performance). CPU upgrades are usually limited on AIO PCs.
Or you have a lot of temp files on the system drive with a lot of startup programs running in the background. Check this Site for tips to remove junk files. Clear browser cache files which are usually found in browser: Settings, History.
This Site has tips on limiting startup programs.
I would try a fresh start or clean Windows install after backing up data to see how the system runs.
Doing this might not be an option since you need the PC for work. You will have to reinstall programs you are now using.
Starting over is a PITA but it might revitalize your PC. Or it may tell you it is time to buy a new PC if the PC still runs slow after reinstalling the OS.
Regards

Thanks, Bill. Already did all of those other than a fresh reinstall or adding/swapping components. I think I knew the answer to my question but was hoping there was some magic bullet I missed. I think it’s time to go shopping.😢
