Welcome to the HP Forum.
It looks like you have three unsolvable issues preventing you from using an internal discrete graphics card with your PC:
1. The MB lacks a PCIe x16 slot required for a discrete graphics card.
2. The external power supply is limited to 90 watts. The 1650 requires a 250 watt power supply.
3. The case cannot support a standard sized discrete graphics card. You are limited to a small form factor 75 watt graphics card only if the MB has a PCIe x16 slot.
So, installing a graphics card in your PC is not doable. You would have to buy a new PC if you need better graphics output.
