Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've been quite troubled recently with the ram on my AIO pc, it says that out of my 16gb of ram (8gb x2) only (7.8gb is available). I've had a look around the internet and most solutions are for people with a PC with a case and 4 ram slots, telling them to insert the ram into the A1 and A2 slots. However, after opening up my AIO PC there only seems to be 2 RAM slots and I'm unsure about what to do next.
