Product: 500-220ex
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Toshiba External Hard Drive is not working at my PC . The external drive only flashes for a few moments and then die away. I used it at another windows 8.1 and windows 10 PCs but it work perfectly in the other devices

I tried solving the problem by going to devices and printers. sm bus controller doesn't have a driver "showing a yellow sign"

and I couldn't find the drivers for the SM Bus Controller. So where could I find these Drivers?
