A year ago, I put a skin for my touchpad. Now I want to remove the skin. So I started to peel off the skin by myself. While peeling off the skin, I noticed that the coating of my touchpad also peeling along with the skin. Can someone tell me what to do. I am feeling very sad. Can I get a coating sticker or skin like this.

you will have to replace the touchpad.
There is no other "easy" fix that I have ever heard of.
Luckily, the touchpad is a separate part from the upper cover.
The downside is that this will require an almost complete disassembly of the laptop.

From the illustrated parts catalog in Chapter 3.
Touchpad NOTE: The touchpad cable is available using spare part number L72707-001.
There are videos online at YouTube HP Support that provide details on replacing parts of the laptop
