Product: DeskPro 600 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am trying to update my DeskPro 600 G3 PC from TPM 1.2 to 2.0.
Running TPM.MSC on my PC, it shows the manufacturer is IBX version 6.4 specification version 1.2.
Based on the HP instructrions for updating, I moved the TPMConfig64.exe file and the TPM12_6.40.190.0_to_TPM20_7.62.3126.0.BIN file to a temporary directory and executed TPMConfig64.exe file.
I then received an error message "The firmware image cannot be used to update the current TPM firmware"
I would appreciate any suggestions on where to go from here.
Bob W.
