Hi, I want to leave a note on my desk. Regarding our computer systems, we have an HP ProLiant DL380 G7 server. I was tasked with booting Windows Server 2012 R2. I tried booting it like a normal OS installation on a desktop. However, when I press any key related to the boot options (F9 for System Utilities, F11 for Boot Menu, F12 for Network Boot), it automatically enters GNU GRUB mode, and I can't access the server.
I have used Kali Linux, and on that platform, if the OS enters GRUB mode and I press any keys on the keyboard, it redirects and enters the system. I don't know why it's not working in this case. Do I need to use PS/2 mouse and keyboard? If anyone has any suggestions, please help me sort this out.

Hi:
HP split into two companies 10 years ago.
HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.
HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and enterprise storage devices.
I recommend that you post your question on the HPE Community Support Forum -- Proliant Servers section:
