Hi
Can't find HP specific MB specs. The PC is out of support.
This Site gives general specs.
All CPUs in your post are compatible with LGA 775. No way to know if HP included BIOS support for the Q6600 or Q9450 .

Hi, @16Joe
This entry level HP business desktop PC uses that model motherboard, and the link below has the list of supported processors:
HP Pro 3120 Small Form Factor Business PC Specifications | HP® Customer Support (bingj.com)
Source of where I found the information regarding the HP Pro 3120 PC having the ipiel-la3 motherboard.
For future reference, please post the full model number or product number of your PC.
When folks just post motherboard descriptions/part numbers and whatnot, the information can be hard to find.

For what it is worth, your PEGATRON IPIEL-LA3 (SSID: 2A94) motherboard -at least as installed in an HP Pro 3120 SFF as per @Paul_Tikkanen, is compatible with up to an Intel Core2 Quad Q9650 as verified here by an actual User: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/52567963.
Kind Regards,
