Hi, I want to replace the power supply unit. I loostened the exisitng power supply to check what type it is. But accidentaly pulled out two fine back wires that were taped the the PSU’s underside. Ref photo. But I cant see where they go back ! : Help please.

Can I use any ATX power supply as a replacement ? was thinking of a 500 W unit, so i can upgrade the graphics card.

Hi,

The two black wires go to the WLAN card (Wireless card) on the motherboard, They are antennas and should click into place

module WIFImodule WIFI

Yes, you can replace the PSU with the higher Watt one.

Hope it helps,

David
