Hey Community! My question for my desktop is what Ram would be recommended for upgrading my memory. It currently only has 8GB (which isn't really gaming worthy for what games I want to play. I heard it isn't completely safe to get Ram which exceeds what your power supply can handle. Thanks guys!

According to this spec you have a single 8 gb stick of ram. Your motherboard supports up to 32gb and power should not be a problem.
However, you might want to check and see if you have a pair of 4gb or a single 8gb.
Using matched memory sticks is the best way to get the maximum speed out of the memory. I would add an additional 8 and make sure the memory is the same speed and manufacturer. CPU-z can give the speed and type of memory buy buying from a dealer (HP, Corsair, Kingston) is best as they can confirm the stick will work. I would add another 8 if it matches the existing 8. Just because the memory states "3200" speed (or whatever) there is no guarantee the motherboard will run at that speed.
Game speed improvement is usually a function of the video board so you might be disappointed.

Well funny enough, this one I bought actually has 16GB in it. Even though the box says 8GB of Ram. But nevertheless, I'm still changing the amount. But thank you. This information helps me with what I could be working with.
