Hello, I wanted to upgrade the RAM and ran into a problem. The RAM was bought for 32 GB with a speed of 3200, but instead of 3200 I got 2400. I couldn't configure it through the BIOS or with third-party programs either.

Greetings @DanilaD
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Most AMD MBs and CPUs support memory overclocking.
I don't know what MB you have because many HP Support sites have been flakey lately.
You probably have an AMD B550 MB which supports overclocking. But HP locks out overclocking.
Have you tried Ryzen Master?
Finding compatible aftermarket memory that will run at 3200MT/s may be very difficult if Ryzen Master can't help.

I have an AMD Ryzen 5600G processor. I installed this utility and tried to configure the RAM. After Confirmation and restarting the PC, the PC makes 1 long beep and continues loading. After loading, the frequency did not change, that is, everything remained as it was and this utility did not make any changes. Windows 10. RAM: Kingston FURY Renegade[KF432C16RB12K2/32].

Greetings @DanilaD
The 5600G supports memory overclocking up to 3200 MT/s. Ryzen Master should have worked.
So, it looks like your PC's MB/BIOS does not like the Kingston memory.
I can only suggest trying Crucial Memory. Crucial guarantees the memory will work with your HP MB and the AMD CPU.
But I can't verify you will get 3200 MT/s. You would have to contact Crucial to see what they say.
This HP user at User Benchmark running a HP Erica6 MB, MB SSID 8906 (I don't know what MB you have), got 3200 MT/s with Crucial memory.
Check HP System Information in Windows for your MB SSID.
