@Antho43 , welcome to the forum.
Here is the information about the two PSU's in the links that you provided on HP PartSurfer:
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=942332-001
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=913290-001
The 942332-001 states that there is no "Where Used Information" for it. If you click on the "Where Used Information" the 913290-001 states that it is only used in the 880 series.
I simply can't find any information that helps me determine if there is an upgrade for the PSU provided by HP. However, I suggest that you contact one of the PSU manufacturers, such as, Corsair, to see if they have one that will work. Since HP has their motherboards made to their specifications they are not the same as retail boards.

Your are welcome, @Antho43!
No, it won't cause any damage. It simply won't work. The PSU doesn't provide any power to the computer on its own. It only provides the power necessary to run all of the components.

ok thanks
i have seen PRODESK 600 G4 MT more recent of my prodesk 600 g3 mt have an 400w psu in the quickspecs :
"Configurable 400W PSU with VR ready2 discrete graphics on MT"
"400W active PFC / 80 PLUS Platinum 90/92/89% efficient at 20/50/100% load (115V) 91/93/90% efficient at 20/50/100% load (230V)"
it is possibly the Psu with the part number : 942332-001 ???

I don't have any way to know if the battery in the newer computer is the 942332-00. However, it could be possible.
