Hello dear sir/maddam
I want to know if my Omen 880-102np desktop motherboard and power supply are able to work properly or are compatible with the following CPU and GPU upgrades:
Non-Omen 880-102np features:
Monitor 1_ AOC G2790PX - 27'' - 1920 X 1080;
Monitor 2_ Fujitsu B19-5 ECO - 19'' - 1280 x 1024;
RAM Memory (original removed) - 2x8gb - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200 CL16;
Additional HDD Hard Drive - TOSHIBA HDWD120UZSVA;
- New desired GPU _ Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Windforce 8GB 3X OC;
- New desired CPU _ Intel Core i7-9700K Octa-Core 3.6GHz c/ Turbo 4.9GHz 12MB (I'm settling for the highest module compatible according to HP specifications regarding upgrading CPU's for Tampa 2 HP motherboard module. If I can go further on Intel gens - eg: Intel I9 - please confirm);
1st Question_ Will my original motherboard support my CPU and GPU desired upgrades?
2nd Question_ Will I need to upgrade my original 500W power supply?
3rd Question_ Is it possible to keep my original GTX 1050 GPU too (to be used mainly on 2nd monitor)?

I will be looking to receive your reply soon.
Thank you.

@andreborges73 , welcome to the forum.
1st Question_ Will my original motherboard support my CPU and GPU desired upgrades? The motherboard will support the GPU, but I am not certain about the card fitting into the space. The best way to know is measure the space from the Back I/O ports to the front of the case and compare them to the measurements of the card. As for the CPU, it is on the list of compatible processors. Here is the Motherboard Specifications page. Look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information".
2nd Question_ Will I need to upgrade my original 500W power supply? According to the specifications provided by nVidia on the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Windforce 8GB 3X OC, it requires a minimum of 650W and 1x6-pin power connector and 1x8-pin power connector. You can check the Gigabyte version to see if it is the same.
3rd Question_ Is it possible to keep my original GTX 1050 GPU too (to be used mainly on 2nd monitor)? The motherboard has two PCI Express x16 physical slots (Gen 3.0), each slot with x8 bus lanes. The second one should work for your original GPU. I would install the main GPU in the slot closest to the processor.
