HP Recommended

Hello, I'd like to Upgrade my current HP Compaq 8300 with 500GB HD.

 

I intend on:

1: adding 2 x 4GB of RAM in 2 empty RAM slots (Found ones that Fit HP Compaq 8300 Frames for <$60)

2: Changing my OS to the strongest Intel processor that will fit  into my current system or make the necessary modifications to make it fit. Which is the strongest processor that fits into the current (motherboard etc) system? (Intel i7 processors seems to fit and work but was wondering if Intel i9 fits too?)

3. adding stronger CPU Cooler that will fit #2 (Found "be quiet! Shadow Rock LP that fits for <$60)

4.  Adding a NVDIA graphics card that best fits this PC box frame (Seeking Not Crazy expensive<$400)

5. Any other strongly suggested modifications?

6. Intended USE "Day Trading Penny Stocks"  and looking for setups very much like Gaming setups
