The USB 2.0 ports on the back of my All in One PC have stopped working (after my son was trying to connect something - probably jamming it in!). Is there someway to fix or replace this or am I resigned to working with a USB hub connected to the remaining working USB 3.0 port. Thanks in advance!

hi
I'm afraid it's complicated if it's hardware
see here, the motherboard, the ports are incorporated, welded to the card!
So if you have to replace the usb port, you need specialized equipment, and if it is repairable
unless it's another element, which could be even less obvious to identify / replace
the cost of such a repair can be quite high , but see if you can get the advice of a specialist directly

oh I am sorry
yes, which I also prefer, easier to maintain
But be careful what you buy, some towers today are difficult to upgrade
