Hi,
I have a problem with USB-C in my Pavilion Gaming dk-0027nw. In the computer is USB 3.1 gen 2 port with speed 10gb/s. I bought external SSD Crucial x8 (USB 3.2 gen 2, the same speed 10gb/s) and speed of write and read is around 450mb/s. Specifications of write and read should be around 1050mb/s. I was testing this SSD on Crystal Disk Mark.
Do you have any idea how to fix it?

How do you measure them ? Normally depending on the locations of files, how big .... the speed you can get from few % to 80% of theory speed.
I normally use TeraCopy, it gives more thru put than normal Microsoft copy/move. There are Free and Pro (pay) versions
Regards.

@Banhien
Thank you for reply.
I try it on 2 ways. First I connect to USB-C, the write and read speed is about 460 Mb / s. Then I connect to USB-A (3.1 gen 1) and it's the same speed, so I don't know if the USB or SSD port is damaged. It looks like SSD works only on USB 3.0 standard. I cannot try the SSD on another computer or another SSD in my socket. The drivers are current because there are no other versions on the HP support page.
