Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, im having major issues with my USB ports. I have rebuilt my PC but every hour, they just drop out and my i have to force my pc to shut down. Where are the USB ports, are there on the mother board, if so can i just get a replacement?

This is my spec AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G

In order to assist you, I need the exact model number.  Specs are like says I had a "Fiat".

What does "rebuilt my PC but every hour" actually mean.  I realize we share a common language, but I do not understand some of the terms used in the UK,  HaHa.  I also need to know if your using the original mouse/keyboard?  Is it wired or wireless.

From another post I read you have a HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-p0xx. Please fill in the 2 x's.

 

Doing a back track into models, I think you have a 570-p043a.   Read this about USB issues.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
