Hi,

 

The failure code is an unspecified error code relating to any USB device (GPS, HUB, Modem, Network Card, Network Drive, PCI Card, PCMCIA, Switch, USB) used by your PC.

 

What is the specific problem you are having which caused you to run HP Diagnostics??

 

This code is probably a hardware problem but could be a driver problem. Any errors in Device Manager?

Hi Jeff,

 

The second error code only shows an invalid checksum.

 

What is the specific problem you are having with your PC which caused you to run diagnostics?

 

Maybe we can solve by knowing this.
