Hi.

I have recent purchased an HP All-in-one PC 27-cr. I added a 2nd 4gb external SSD but as there is only one USB-C port, I have purchased a USB-c - USB-A.3 cable. However, I am not sure which port supports USB3. Is there a diagram available that shows the USB ports on the rear of my all-in-one and which one(s) support USB 3?

Thanks in advance

Greetings @Wids001

The USB specs for your PC show:

- two type A USB 2.0 ports (usually black)

- two type A USB 3.0 ports at 5 Gbps (usually dark blue)

- and one type C USB port at 5 Gbps.

Red, yellow, or orange USB type A ports may represent charging options even when the PC is off.

Regards
