Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a RCTO Base Model

I believe my computer to be malfunctioning slowly as certain features constantly shut off and fail during use. Most notably are the USB ports and the internet. During use, certain USB ports will fail, followed by all of them at once before it seems to reboot itself. Coupled with this is the internet as it will completely throttles the computer using high uses of memory, which in turns slows the entire computer down as if it had no WiFi.
