I have an HP ENVY Desktop TE01-2250xt CTO and I received it a few months ago and it has been running smoothly. However, without any signs as to why, it suddenly didn't receive any input from USB devices such as my microphone, my mouse, and my keyboard. At this point, I am simply unable to navigate through anything. I have tried turning it off and on, disattaching and reattaching devices, and tried holding down keys on my keyboard during startup in the hopes of finding something. During startup, the screen tells me there is a keyboard error before proceeding to the login screen. I haven't tampered with the desktop so I don't really see a reason as to why this has happened. I'm not sure if it's just me but the wifi also occasionally disconnects and requires me to restart the pc because it won't open up network settings. Any advice or information would set be appreciated.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
Do you face this issue on Bluetooth connections as well?
