USB port connectivity issue

I have  HP Pavilion 21-a255in All-in-One Desktop PC., windows 8.1.

The desktop has two usb 3.0 ports, sound and mic port on the side. It also has a camera.

The system is not detecting any of these.

It also has 4 USB2.0 ports which are working fine.

The USB3.0 do power the external harddrive when connected but the system does not detect the harddrive.

please  help

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not detecting the USB ports, Mic, and camera.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
