USB ports crashed

My USB 4 ports (the whole usb rear), crashed after insert&tested an usb external CD/DVD, HP give an error number (9LXFXA-00C24-GXPQ2J-8D6X13) but what it mean? the devices not appear in lists, have you any solutions to resolve?

Have you used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility to test the ports?

The usb external CD/DVD may have drawn too much current (in milliamps) beyond what the port could provide.

Chiedo scusa per il ritardo nella risposta, ma ero fuori sede, risposta si, per il test diagnostico hadware usb (da dove ho postato il numero di errore HP), anche se non sono sicuro che il test sia quello giusto. Ma a mio parere la motivazione puo essere quella, solo che le porte sembrano a sensazione, bruciate invece che disattivate. Non si puo verificare cio, o pensi debba per forza rivolgermi ai tecnici della garanzia, inoltre cosa me ne faccio del codice di errore, visto che la schermata termina li. Grazie della tua risposta (ok ho fatto come mi hai chiesto).
