I have had my computer just over a week, the new OmniStudio all in one, the usb ports on the monitor stand had been working and now they quit, the light on my external drive doesn't come on, so I'm guessing its not getting any power. I did run a diagnostic, got an error code, but thought I would ask if there was any fix for this before trying to find a repair place. Since it's under warranty (after about 10 days of using it), I wonder if just a replacement stand would fix it.
Thanks, Susan

If you got an error code while running F2 diagnostics then there's something wrong.
Sometimes the USB device driver will disable a port if it detects a device like a USB flash drive being removed without using the windows eject button. I have also seen this when an iPhone is unplugged from USB while a file transfer is in progress. Remove all device except keyboard and mouse, unplug the AIO from the wall, press the power button a couple of times to discharge any internal circuits, then plug back in. If the problem continues then take to shop.

Yes this happens. You are not the first and certainly not the last to find this out.
