Hi,

I am afraid that all my USB 3 ports are not working.

According to this spec you could have 4 USB3 on the top and 4 USB3 in the back

Did the failure occur after a power surge, lighting strike etc?

After a Microsoft Windows update?

if from a power surge that damaged ports then=================

Unplug from wall, press the power on button 3-4 times to discharge all power. Wait a few minutes then plug back in an power up with nothing plugged in any of the USB3 ports

If still fails then check warranty

If out of warranty then one can add a PCIe card with USB 3 ports.  Post back if you need recommendation for add in USB3 card

===============

if failure occurred after an update then drivers need to be either re-installed or rolled back

Try rolling back the usb driver using device manager

If the "roll back" is grayed out then you need to re-install the USB drivers

If the USB failed after a new device was added then that device needs to be removed or the correct driver for the new device installed.
