Wireless mouse Z3700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I wasn't sure where to place my question, so I've posted it here.

I have an HP wireless mouse (z3700) which is good but I've broken the USB receiver (the chip is still working but I've broken the carcass). I was wondering how can you fix it? I've tried to put the chip inside another receiver I have but it's too wide for it.

Can you possibly get another USB receiver for this mouse?

Thank you

@aloizzz Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the USB receiver is lost, you are looking for the new one.

I understand your concerns.

There is no separate part for the reciver. It will come up with Wireless mouse and keyboard.

You have to purchase the new wireless keyboard and mouse.
