Hi,
Bought SSD via amazon (brand new). SSD came doa (dead on arrival) but since its been more than 30 days I'm unable to return it via amazon so I need to do HP RMA but when checking serial number getting this message:
"
We were unable to match your product based on the information provided
One or more of the following pieces of information you submitted is incorrect. Please review this information and correct any errors.
- Country of purchase: Verify that your product was purchased in the country selected
- Serial Number: Verify that your serial number is entered correctly
"
That's a 2TB SSD - HP SSD S750 2TB and serial number is 100% correctly entered.
Also interesting part is Amazon and almost no other store hold those SSDs anymore so I wonder if they recalled them all.
Anyone here from HP that could help me create a claim for RMA please?!
