The funny part is that, pop os detected the 1TB disk and even the SSD disk

Well Pop! OS is essentially Ubuntu with a nice cover for ease of use.

It seems that Manjaro is not quite as hardware friendly as some of the other Linux distros.

Sir, then how is it possible to get endeavour os installed, another arch based distro like manjaro, and pop os which is similar to Ubuntu, and even fedora

Like I mean that, another arch based distro is getting installed, another Ubuntu based os is getting installed on the 1tb disk, but why not manjaro... As of now only Pop os, endeavour os, fedora and kubuntu are able to detect and show the 1tb disk in the installer but not manjaro....

It seems that the installer for Manjaro is not the same as the other distros mentioned.  You could try asking the development team for Manjaro.  OR  Maybe you can run the Manjaro installer inside of a live version of one of the ones that work to get it to install.
