Hi all,
I'm having a problem with registering my mouse to my HP profile and support dashboard. Tried registering the mouse's S/N on two different pages, both resulting in different error messages but same outcome. The mouse's S/N matches with the packaging's and double-checked many times already, so I'm not sure why the errors persist.
Product name and number: HP 925 Ergonomic Vertical Mouse (6H1A5AA)
Error messages: Please enter a valid serial number/We were unable to match your product based on the information provided
Steps to recreate:
1. Go to either Add Device (hp.com) or Check your warranty or service status (hp.com)
2. Enter information in the fields, like the serial number of the product mouse
3. Try to submit and the error(s) appear(s)
