Recently i bought a Sapphire Nitro+ rx470 and am trying to use it in the hp desktop but no luck. its runs but screen dosent show any display im am wondering what is wrong

The Sapphire Nitro+ rx470 is a 120W card, requiring an 8 pin PCIe power plug. Guess you over-looked that socket. That said, you need at least a 400W PSU that would have the correct plug.  As HP utilizes a proprietary PSU in those units, you have to order either an L04618-800 or 942332-001 power supply.  Just google it, or use HP Parts Store.  Hope they ship to Singapore.
