Hi:

 

According to the hardware ID you posted, the device is a Nvidia virtual audio device that needs a driver.

 

You can refer to this discussion for how one person got that device to install...

 

How to Fix Unknown USB\VID_0955&PID_9000 Driver? - Microsoft Community

 

I prefer to use 7-zip to extract the driver file into its folder.

Hi Paul, can you recommend which driver I should install? Because I currently have latest Nvidia  516.59 game driver installed.

 

Edit: I did it with the last game driver, I manually found it with 7zip like you said, then installed it and it's fine now.
