Microsoft Windows 11

Good morning, after upgrading to Windows 11 22H2 I find 3 unrecognized devices (in device manager). I reported the problem to Microsoft and was advised to update the BIOS. I have already updated the BIOS to the latest version. I have installed HP Support Assitant and have not found any updates to do. What can be the problem? And the solution? Thanks Rosanna

Problem solved, thank you very much. One last question: since the PC apparently worked in a regular way, the lack of this chipset in what way would it affect the correct functioning of the machine?

I believe you are missing the chipset

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101011.exe

and management drivers

It is possible our expert @Paul_Tikkanen might be able help with PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

better than I.

Thanks Beemer Biker, how did you guess that this is the chipset? Why didn't HP Support Assistent detect it? As you say, I await other confirmations. I am generally against applying unclear changes. Thanks again Rosanna

Hi:

Actually, sp101011 should install all 3 of the missing devices.

How do I find the link to sp101011? I find you competent, how is it possible that HP Support Assistent is unable to solve the problem? Did you understand that it is a chipset from experience? I do not understand the error. Thanks (PS I write in Italian and translate with Google, I hope the text is understandable)

I apologize for the link to sp101011 you already gave it to me

Hi:

The HP support assistant can't find the chipset driver because it is actually a W10 driver that has been 'rebadged' for W11, which means that it will work fine on W11 too.

I have run, as administrator, the two downloaded software, but the problem persists.

Try this Intel chipset driver instead...sp101011 was not the one I would have selected that was posted for you, but I assumed that it was close enough.
