Unresponsive keyboard and mouse, keyboard error when I start up the computer. Check different keyboards, still the same. Tried as well to plug the keyboard to laptop to check if there's a defect but it is working to other pc's. Tried to clean it and still the same. 😩

Sound like a problem with the USB ports. There are 4 USB ports according to the spec below for your model name
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06629549
Possibly the product ID will show more exact info since the model is generic.
What is your product ID?
Did you try another port?
Do the keyboard LEDs flash when powering up? Does the mouse laser light up? (Some lasers are not visible).
I assume windows is working but you cannot log in. If windows is working do you hear a beep when plugging / unplugging the keyboard or mouse. What if you insert a flash drive or put an SD chip in the media reader? If you hear a "beep" ?
If you do not hear anything and no lights show up or flash then possibly the USB ports have lost power. At one time there were fuses on USB ports. New system you should be able to recover by powering off. Un plugging the power cable, holding the button for 10 seconds or so, then turning it back on. You can also try holding in the power button for 30 seconds when powering up.
If none of these work and in warranted contact service.
