Update CPU 1650 v2 to 1650 v3

I want to update my cpu 1650 v2 into 1650 v3 please tell it's working good or not?

Your HP Z420 Workstation is compatible with the Xeon E5-1xxx v2, E5-2xxx v2 and E5-4xxx v2 processors up to a 150-watt TDP, but not with "v3" processors because the "v2" LGA 2011 socket and the "v3" LGA 2011-3 socket are not compatible.

Socket 2011 was designed for Sandy Bridge-E and Ivy Bridge-E and uses DDR3 memory, and chipset X79 (C602), whereas Socket 2011-3 was designed for Haswell-E and uses DDR4 memory, and chipset X99 (C610).

CPUs for socket 2011 will not work in a socket 2011-3 socket and vice versa.

Examples of compatible processors for your HP Z420 Workstation::

Xeon E5-1680 v2 (8-Cores, 16-Threads, 3.00 GHz up to 3.90 GHz), TDP 130-watt

Thanks for your suggestions. Can you please tell me about the xeon processor name which are compatible for Z420 and also whose processor have Avx2 (Advance Vector Extension 2)

None of the E5-xxxx v2 processors have the AVX2 instruction set, just AVX:
