Since my computer did an update a few weeks ago, it has been opening up a TEMP account for me each time I log in with my normal log in details. Now having problems with running software used for work on it as it doesn't save anything and I cannot seem to get into my normal account which is the admin one. Been trying to work out how to reset the whole computer as thinking that might be easier but I cannot open the start menu or access the settings folder to do it.
Not particularly tech-savvy so any help would be extremely useful

You lost the regular login, not sure how it happened but try the following
press CTL-ALT-DEL and sign out
What show up on the login screen?
If you see your email then click on it and log in using your microsoft account password. If you did NOT activate or install windows using an email account then you have a local account. Use that one.
If nothing shows up then you need to boot into safe mode and create an admin account.
