I have an hp vectra VL420, can I  use my mother board with a new processor and  solid state hard drive to install windows 11 pro or do I need a new board and if so any recommendations?

Hi:

 

There are no system boards, processors, etc., that you could install in your PC to make it capable of supporting Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11.

 

You will need a much newer PC to run W11 such as a HP Elitedesk 800 G4 MT.

 

That is the oldest model that can run W11.

That's an old workhorse.

 

I remember when we first got ours in or office and we were very happy with how great they were.

 

The ones we got came with Windows 2000, and we had to upgrade them to XP.
