Hello, my desktop is: "HP Slim S01-pF1000i Desktop". I want to upgrade my UHD 610 igpu to GT 1030 graphics card but when I turn on the computer with GT 1030, it hangs at the Hp Loading screen.
-I have updated BIOS and reinstalled Windows but it still doesn't work.
-I have tried with other graphics cards but still have the same result.
+ Especially has an Amd card that is not affected but after about 10 minutes the computer receives the driver and restarts, it hangs at the Hp loading screen.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Please verify, your HP Slim Desktop S01-pF1000i is fitted with an Pentium Gold G6400 (58-watt TDP).
The 180-watt stock power supply should be capable to power a GT 1030 like this HP Slim Desktop S01-pF1xxx fitted with an i3-10100F (65-watt TDP) user shows: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/62841544 .
See if you can verify that the GT 1030 is actually in working condition by testing it on another PC.
Also, are you able to boot into BIOS? -If so, scroll through the 'Advanced' tab and see if there are any settings such as enabling the eGPU setting.
However, the power margins are small, and perhaps if you were to switch to a lower TDP Intel 10th gen "T" processors such as an i5-10400T with a 25-watt TDP -less than half of the Pentium CPU, your GT 1030 issues may be resolved.
Kind Regards,

The best advice I could give you is to point to a 240-watt power supply upgrade for your HP Slim Desktop S01-pF1000i with p/n: M76039-001 or M76039-002.
You can purchase this power supply online, such as via AliExpress: For HP Pro 400 G9R SFF M76039-001 PA-2241-5 240W Small Case Power Supply - AliExpress.
Obviously, having a more powerful PSU would eliminate any power deficiency your GT 1030 may be experiencing, especially if your current power supply may be failing.
Warm Regards,
