Hello?
I have Z4 G9 SFF (CPU-12500, PSW 260W)
and change a CPU to 13600K.
Every time I boot, I get a warning that the CPU FAN type is not correct.
Can I turn off the message? or which CPU cooler (part number) do I have to change?
And do I need to change PSW too? Then can I get a correct part number?

@태원,
Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Z2 SFF G9 Workstation has three 4-pin PWM cooling fan connectors, from left to right: a "CPU FAN", "RISER FAN", and the "CH FAN2":
The rear chassis cooling fan 4-pin PWM connector is shown here:
Point is, all three 4-pin PWM connectors need to be plugged in to cooling fans in order to avoid certain error messages, especially with the high-end i7-13600K.
Rear chassis fan: N04505-001 "SPS-REAR FAN AND DUCT 125W Z2 SFF G9"
Riser fan: N04508-001 "SPS-Fan PCIe Riser Z2 G9 SFF"
As far as a power supply upgrade is concerned, besides the 260-watt PSU, there is a 450-watt with p/n: M86371-001 "SKO-PSU 450W SFF EPA90 WS22" and a 550-watt with p/n: M86264-001 "SKO-PSU 550W ENT22 EPA92 5x12V". Having switched to an i7-13600K which has a respectable 125-watt base power TDP and a whopping 181-watt "maximum turbo power" TDP, it makes sense to upgrade your power supply to at least the 450-watt power supply. If you also want to fit a graphics card, the 550-watt power supply is the best power supply option.
Kind Regards,
