I have the HP Desktop M01-F0024 with a Ryzen 5 3400G CPU and want to upgrade the CPU Cooler and Power Supply but cannot find any information about compatibility. It has an AMD 4 socket.

The truth is not going to be to your liking.
1) The Ryzen 5 3400G CPU chip is the listed max.
2) PSU is an HP proprietary model, unique motherboard plugs. It is not a standard ATX 24 pin PSU.
3) That 180W is the L08660-800. Here is a cross-reference that I worked on. Click to expand.
4) That computer model series is not listed as it's NEW, and I have little evidence of the chassis.
No one wanted to help with pictures of the rear and the interior.
5) Follow the PSU cables. Two 2x2 plugs and an 7 pin inline plug (3 wires).
Verify what I said, and I will include fresh data. Would like to know about the SATA power cable, how many pins on the motherboard, and are there 2 different marked headers for SATA power. Previous computers using that PSU had a 4 pin (allocated to DVD and 1st hard drive). and a 6 pin motherboard header for SATA drive power. The 6 pin was allocated for hard drive 2 and 3.
