I have an HP All In One 24-b223w with Windows 10 and with an Intel i3 7100T CPU that will not accept Win 11. What cheapest intel CPU can I use to replace to accept Win 11 and will i have to make any other changes to BIOS, etc. ? I do not want to use workaround to install Win 11. Thanks.

Your PC's motherboard does not support any Intel 8th gen core processors which would be the minimum processor requirement for W11 according to Microsoft.
If you don't want to use a workaround to install W11, then you will need to buy a PC that fully meets the W11 hardware requirements.

You're very welcome.
If Microsoft continues to release new builds of W11 in October, you will want to keep your W11 version current because the individual builds only have security and cumulative update support for two years.
For example W11 24H2 goes out of support in November of 2026.
It's not that big of a deal.
I have kept my W11-unsupported PC's updated each year since 2021 to the latest version of W11.
Beats buying a new PC if you are fine with the one you have now.
I also think that Microsoft won't be releasing too many more updates to W11 since rumor has it they are working on W12.
W11 25H2 may be the last update that they release for all I know.
