I am currently running two monitors with Intel UHD Graphics 630 on HP Pavilion 590-p0050. Desktop only has 1x HDMI and 1x VGA (running with VGA to HDMI converter). I would like to upgrade to a 2x HDMI output setup as I notice a drop off in monitor resolution on 2nd monitor (VGA to HDMI converter). What is the most cost efficient way to get to 2x HDMI output? What are the implications of adding another graphics card (power?) And how do I find a list of compatible options?

You will have to add another card. Doing so will disable the internal video. Also, your power supply does not seem to have a PCIe power cable (6 or 8 pin) so you will need to get a video card like a gt 730
RX560 and gtx1050ti are priced way to high unfortunately but would also work. I would go with the 730 but have maybe someone with experience can advise better.
