After months of trials and errors it turns out that this card is NOT COMPATIBLE with my computer.
 
Please next time check your sources before answering, this is the official HP site and really a shame.
I installed the M1000M instead but now have to sell this one.
If you could be of any help with this lmk

Hi Camillelacadee,

 

Congratulations on successfully upgrading your Z1 G3 with Quadro M1000m. I am following your steps trying to upgrade similar machine HP 800 G1 USDT which also has MXM slot with the same M1000m. As I am having problems getting it to run successfully, I would like to ask for your help. Would you be kind enough to dump a copy of your vbios, so that I can try to flash my card with it? The popular GPU-Z tool https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ has the ability to export copy of your vbios by using the export button - see screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/VvYEBNVmE

 

Really appreciate your help as it has been almost a month since I am trying to get this to work and I am getting desperate.
