Product: Touchsmart IQ500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In previous thread on upgrading IQ500 to SSD, there was a link to a document:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01498883.  However, this link results in an Error 404 message.

 

I am planning to upgrade to SSD - is there a limit on size?

 

Is there any special issues for adaptor brackets, or cables?

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
